Exposed stone, wooden beams and brick vaults, restored to bring old and new together. Two apartments in the old town, about 900 metres from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the station.
The house dates back to the 1800s and has been carefully restored: the original materials are left on show, alongside equipped kitchens, new bathrooms and air conditioning.

The highlight of the large apartment: a private terrace with outdoor sofas, a dining table and sun loungers, looking over the rooftops of Capaci and the mountains behind the town.

The house is in the old town near the town hall, with bars, pastry shops and pizzerias a few steps away. The fine-sand beach is about 900 metres away, and Isola delle Femmine and the Capo Gallo nature reserve are a little further on. From the station, trains run to the airport and central Palermo.
